- Engagement files: information necessary to deliver advisory services, which may include ownership details and notes from facilitated sessions

We do not seek sensitive personal information through the website form. Please do not submit health, biometric, or unnecessary financial account details via the public form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory engagements, improve our site, and meet legal obligations. Where New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 applies, we collect and process information for lawful purposes connected with our functions.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to three years unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records are retained for seven years after the engagement ends, or longer if required by law or professional standards. You may request deletion where we have no overriding obligation to keep the data.
